If you're visiting the KB but you aren't seeing any content, this is because you are trying to access the KB without being signed in to your White Label Loyalty account.
To fix this,
- Go to the Loyalty Console (https://console.wlloyalty.net) and login.
- In the top right of the screen, click on your name and select the 'Knowledge Base' option.
- This will transfer you to the Knowledge Base as a signed in user -- allowing you to see the full content in the KB.
